ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into thick rings and separate each layer. Lightly sprinkle water on the onion rings to help the seasoning stick.
Mix egg and milk in a 1:1 ratio to create an egg wash.
Combine curry powder and chili powder to create the magic seasoning. Place onion rings in a plastic bag and add the seasoning.
