INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rice cakes
- 💧 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of sesame seeds
- A small amount of fish cake
- 🥚 Optional boiled egg
ÉTAPES
Take the rice cakes out of the freezer to thaw.
Pour 2 cups of water into a frying pan.
Add 3 tbsp of sugar to the water.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add 1 tbsp of gochujang.
Add 1 tbsp of chili powder.
Once the sauce is well mixed, add the rice cakes.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.
Add chopped green onion.
Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Add boiled eggs if desired.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the spicy and sweet tteokbokki.
