INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 300g bean sprouts
- 1/2 green onion
- 1-2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1 small onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 20 perilla leaves
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasonings
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 2.5 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp ginger powder
- a pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare and wash all ingredients. Slice vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Lay bean sprouts at the bottom of a deep pan or pot. Add onion, mushrooms, and green onion on top.
Place pork belly and perilla leaves on top of the vegetables.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, chili powder, gochujang, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, sesame oil, ginger powder, and black pepper) to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the layered ingredients.
Turn on the heat and cook with the lid on for more broth or lid off for a stir-fry style. Stir occasionally as the vegetables release water and soften.
Once the meat and vegetables are cooked, add chilies and stir briefly. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
