- 🦑 2 whole squids
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 5-6 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Chop all vegetables and prepare the squid.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add sugar and stir well.
Add minced garlic and stir.
Add red pepper flakes and stir thoroughly.
Add gochujang and mix well.
Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
Add a small amount of water (less than half a cup) and stir.
Add all vegetables and stir-fry until cooked through.
Serve the stir-fried squid hot and enjoy.
