INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1-2 potatoes, sliced thick
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧄 1 green onion, chopped
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Condiments
- 💧 3 cans water
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice potatoes thickly and prepare other vegetables as shown.
Layer potatoes at the bottom of a pot, followed by onions and chili. Add all condiments except sesame oil.
Add 1 can of tuna and 3 cans of water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce to medium heat and simmer until potatoes are tender and the dish is braised.
Add sesame oil and green onion, then turn off the heat. Optionally, green onion can be added earlier.
