- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of black pepper
For Garnish
- A pinch of chopped parsley
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stems and seeds.
Cut the melting cheese slices in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, corn, salt, mayonnaise, and black pepper to create the tuna mayo corn mixture.
Fill the bell pepper halves evenly with the tuna mayo corn mixture and top each with a piece of melting cheese.
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking tray and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a pinch of black pepper before serving.
