INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade bonito
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato, 150g, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, 200g, thinly sliced
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g tomato puree
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the bonito into 1cm thick slices.
Thinly slice the potato and soak in water to remove excess starch, then pat dry. Thinly slice the onion and lemon.
In a bowl, mix the tomato puree, olive oil, salt, and grated garlic to make the tomato sauce.
Layer the bonito in a heatproof dish, followed by the potato and onion slices. Pour the tomato sauce over the top and place the lemon slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
