- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved

ÉTAPES
Remove seeds and fibers from the kabocha squash. Peel the skin and slice thinly into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Grease a heatproof dish with butter. Arrange the kabocha slices and scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables. Top with shredded cheese and chopped parsley. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
