INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (150g)
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Breadcrumb Mixture
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley to taste
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Slice the tomato into thin pieces. Mince the garlic and parsley.
Cut the mackerel into 1cm thick pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, olive oil, parsley, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Arrange the tomato and mackerel alternately in a heatproof dish. Spread the breadcrumb mixture on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
