- 4 snap peas
Garlic Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 pinch dried parsley
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the strings from snap peas and cut them diagonally in half.
Mix all the garlic breadcrumb ingredients in a bowl.
Place the octopus, cherry tomatoes, and snap peas in a heatproof dish. Top with garlic breadcrumbs, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
