INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 4g rosemary (2 sprigs)
Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Black pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into quarters lengthwise. Slice the onion into 6 wedges and crush the garlic cloves with a knife.
Mix the olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the dressing.
Place the salmon on a heatproof dish and arrange the bell peppers, onion, and garlic around it. Top with rosemary sprigs and drizzle the dressing over everything.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
