INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 6 slices pork loin (120g)
- 150g bamboo shoot (water-packed)
- 🧀 2 pieces processed cheese (20g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour as needed
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, diced
- 4 shiso leaves, shredded
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
ÉTAPES
Pat dry the bamboo shoot and cut into 6 equal pieces. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes and shred the shiso leaves.
Cut the processed cheese into 3 equal strips.
Mix the tomato, shiso leaves, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the tomato sauce.
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour, and place bamboo shoot and cheese on top. Roll tightly from one end to form 6 rolls.
Coat the rolls with breadcrumbs, place them on a foil-lined tray, drizzle with salad oil, and cover with foil. Bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until cooked through.
Plate the rolls and drizzle with the prepared tomato sauce.
