INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 25g boiled bamboo shoot
- 1/2 piece sliced ginger
- 1g dried wakame
Liquid
- 💧 sufficient water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate wakame in plenty of water, drain, and cut into 2cm pieces. Slice bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces and ginger into thin strips.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (☆), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice surface.
Place bamboo shoot and ginger on top of the rice and cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, add wakame, mix gently, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
