Crumb Topping
- 🧂 75g brown sugar
- 🌾 15g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 🧈 15g butter
ÉTAPES
Mix all crumb topping ingredients together until evenly combined.
Cream the softened butter and gradually add sugar. Mix until smooth. Slowly incorporate the egg, ensuring the mixture does not separate.
Add the mashed banana and mix well. Sift the dry ingredients and fold them into the batter until fully combined.
Fill muffin tins with the batter and evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over each. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–23 minutes.
