INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 thinly sliced onion
- 🍄 6 sliced mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tsp consomme
- 2 tbsp white wine
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Sauce
- 150cc fresh cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Thinly slice the onion and cut the mushrooms into 5mm slices.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the beef and cook until its color changes.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry together.
Add consomme and stir briefly, then pour in white wine and cook for 2 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
Add the sauce ingredients (fresh cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper), bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until thickened.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley as desired.
