INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 120g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion (165g), sliced
Spices
- 1.5 tbsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce (3x)
Liquid
- 💧 500cc water
Thickener
- 1.5 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1.5 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion: cut the white part diagonally and finely chop the green part for garnish.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork belly, and cook until the color changes. Add curry powder and stir over low heat until combined.
Add water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, then add the white part of the green onion and noodle sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the potato starch mixture and stir until thickened.
Heat the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe dish according to package instructions. Place in serving bowls.
Pour the curry sauce over the noodles and garnish with the green part of the onion.
