- 🦪 7 oysters (120g)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg (for coating)
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 🍋 1/4 lemon (wedged)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Tartar Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion (minced)
- 🥚 1 boiled egg (minced)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
ÉTAPES
Wash oysters in salted water and pat dry. Coat them with flour.
Boil an egg for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water and peel. Mince the egg.
Mince the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Mix minced onion, boiled egg, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and parsley to make tartar sauce.
Dip oysters into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C and fry oysters for 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve fried oysters with lemon wedges, Worcestershire sauce, and tartar sauce.
