INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g harusame (glass noodles)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 slices ham
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Cut the harusame in half using kitchen scissors.
Cut the ham in half, stack, and slice into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add harusame and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Mix the egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour the egg mixture, and spread thinly. Once set, flip and cook briefly. Cut into thirds, stack, and slice into thin strips (kinshi tamago).
Combine the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the boiled harusame, carrot, ham, kinshi tamago, and cucumber. Mix well.
