ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and garlic. Remove the core from the garlic before mincing.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add the canned tomatoes and salt to the pan. Crush the tomatoes while mixing. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
