INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the lemon into wedges and chicken into bite-sized pieces (about 3-4 cm).
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken. Massage well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add potato starch and flour to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C in a pot, ensuring about 2 cm depth. Fry chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes over medium heat until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
