Meat
- 2 slices pork loin
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- Enough flour for coating
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧈 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Make 4–5 cuts along the fat edge of the pork loin to prevent curling. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the pork with the side to be served facing down and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (butter, soy sauce, sake) to the pan and coat both sides of the pork evenly.
