- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
- 🥚 1 egg
- Enough all-purpose flour for coating
- Enough breadcrumbs for coating
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- Shredded cabbage, as needed
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes, as needed
- 🍋 Lemon slices, as needed
ÉTAPES
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and soak it in water for 10 minutes, then drain. Separate the boiled egg yolk and white, and finely chop the egg white.
In a bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
Pat the salmon dry, coat it with flour, shake off excess, dip it into the beaten egg, and coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F) and fry the salmon until golden brown.
Remove the fried salmon and place it on a rack to drain excess oil.
Mix the tartar sauce ingredients in a bowl. Serve the fried salmon with tartar sauce and garnish with shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and lemon slices.
