INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of cornstarch
Flavoring
- 2 slices basil mayo flavor
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the garlic thinly.
Open the pork belly slices, place basil mayo slices inside, and close. Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side and coat with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat. Fry garlic until golden brown and remove.
Place the pork belly in the pan with the cornstarch-coated side down. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the other side and coat with cornstarch. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until browned.
Flip the pork and cook for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat until fully cooked. Plate the pork and top with fried garlic.
