Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 red paprika, chopped
- 1 tbsp salad oil
BBQ Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 onion, grated
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Slice 1/2 onion thinly. Chop green peppers and red paprika into bite-sized pieces. Grate 1/2 onion for BBQ sauce.
Pierce chicken thigh with a fork in several places.
Mix all BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place chicken, onion, green peppers, and red paprika into a bag. Add BBQ sauce, massage to coat, remove air, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a pan. Place chicken skin-side down and cook on low heat until fully cooked.
Add vegetables and remaining BBQ sauce from the bag to the pan. Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
