ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the bean sprouts and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute.
Drain the bamboo shoots and mix them with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
