- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf (80g)
- 1/3 bag bean sprouts (70g)
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 500ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thirds.
Add the seasoning ingredients (water, consommé, salt) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the cabbage, bean sprouts, and sausages to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes until the cabbage becomes tender.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
