- 🐟 35g canned tuna in water
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🌊 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- a dash of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Soak dried wakame in water until rehydrated, then drain.
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain and cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine rehydrated wakame, blanched bean sprouts, and canned tuna.
Add grated garlic, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, black pepper, and sesame oil to the bowl.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
