- 1 tbsp dried wakame

- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried wakame in a bowl with plenty of water according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Shred the crab sticks into fine pieces and cut them in half lengthwise.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Rinse briefly in cold water and drain.
Mix the seasonings (vinegar, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl. Add the bean sprouts, wakame, and crab sticks, then toss to combine.
