- 60g bean sprouts

- 4 dumpling wrappers

- 1 tsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the dumpling wrappers into quarters.
In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add bean sprouts, dumpling wrappers, and dried wakame to the pot. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are cooked.
Drizzle sesame oil into the soup before serving.
