Vegetables
- 120g bean sprouts
Staple
- 4 wonton wrappers
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the roots off the bean sprouts and divide them into three equal parts.
Cut the wonton wrappers into quarters.
In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the wonton wrappers to the boiling broth and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until cooked.
Add the bean sprouts and wakame, then bring the soup to a boil again.
Drizzle sesame oil into the soup before serving.
