ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic. Remove the core of the garlic before mincing.
In a bowl, mix beaten eggs with all fried rice seasonings except sesame oil. Add sesame oil and mix lightly. Combine with cooked rice and spread evenly on a microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Remove the plate from the microwave, stir well, and microwave uncovered at 600W for another 2 minutes. Stir again to complete the fried rice preparation.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced green onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook until the meat changes color.
Add sauce ingredients to the pan and bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts and cook until softened. Turn off the heat and stir in the cornstarch-water mixture until the sauce thickens.
Plate the fried rice and pour the bean sprout sauce over it. Garnish with chopped green onion.
