INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 50g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 75g red bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Garnish
- 5 green leaf lettuce leaves
ÉTAPES
Mix the beef with BBQ sauce, gochujang, and grated garlic in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Slice the onion and red bell pepper into 5mm strips. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes until the color changes. Add onion and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Add bean sprouts and chives to the pan. Stir-fry quickly until the oil coats everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate and garnish with green leaf lettuce.
