- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp sugar

ÉTAPES
Mix red pepper powder, gochujang, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and sugar to create the sauce.
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Slice green onions finely and prepare them for frying.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onions until golden brown.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
Add the blanched bean sprouts and stir-fry until well combined.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds. Stir briefly to combine.
Fry two eggs sunny-side up.
Serve the fried rice in bowls and top with the fried eggs.
