ÉTAPES
Wash the bean sprouts lightly (optional).
Boil water and blanch the bean sprouts until they turn transparent. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the bean sprouts into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the chives or green onions and chop them finely.
Mix minced garlic, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the bean sprouts and chives, and mix thoroughly.
