- 1 pack bean sprouts
Soy Products
- 1 piece (20g) fried tofu

- 30g nametake
- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the root ends off the bean sprouts and halve them. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Pat the fried tofu lightly with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 7mm strips along the longer side. Heat a frying pan and cook the tofu over medium heat until browned, then remove.
In a bowl, mix the nametake and ponzu sauce. Add the bean sprouts and fried tofu, then mix well.
