- 🥒 2 zucchinis
- 1 red chili
Eggs and Flour
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp pancake flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Slice zucchinis into 1cm thick rounds.
Sprinkle salt evenly over zucchini slices and let sit for 5 minutes.
Pat zucchinis dry and coat them evenly with pancake flour.
Beat eggs and mix with fish sauce to prepare egg batter.
Dip floured zucchinis into the egg batter.
Heat a pan on low heat and add cooking oil.
Place zucchini slices in the pan without overlapping and top each slice with a piece of red chili.
Cook for 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
