INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 🌱 6 asparagus spears (120g)
Oils and Liquids
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🍷 2 tbsp white wine
- 💧 100cc water
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🍶 100cc heavy cream
Seasonings
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly. Trim the ends of the asparagus, peel the lower half with a peeler, and cut into diagonal 3cm pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until the color changes. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
Add white wine and water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the asparagus, cover again, and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Add milk, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently while warming through.
