INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥦 3 stalks asparagus (60g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the asparagus, peel the lower third, and cut into 1cm pieces. Dice the onion into 1cm cubes and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat butter and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until browned.
Add onion and asparagus to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir briefly. Increase heat to high, add the seasonings, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
