INGRÉDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Eggs
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag of bean sprouts
- 80g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add bean sprouts and stir briefly, then push to the side. Add beaten eggs and cook until semi-set. Add rice and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy.
Add kimchi, soy sauce, and black pepper to the pan. Stir-fry everything together.
Serve the fried rice on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
