- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 4 green bell peppers
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Combine beef with garlic, sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl. Massage and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut green bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Slice red bell pepper similarly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add green and red bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
