Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🍢 200g firm tofu
- 🥬 1/2 pack bok choy
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and wrap in a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Chop the bok choy into manageable pieces.
Slice the ginger thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced beef.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce), water, and chicken stock powder to the pan and mix well.
Add the ginger, tofu, and bok choy stems. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Add the bok choy leaves and cook over medium heat until they wilt.
