INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 100g burdock root
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
Staple
- 100g shirataki noodles
Liquid
- 💧 150cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut burdock root into thin slices using a rotating motion with a knife. Soak in water for 1 minute and drain. Julienne the ginger.
Cut shirataki noodles into manageable lengths. Boil them in water for 3 minutes and drain.
In a pot, add water and sake, and bring to a light boil. Add sliced beef and simmer over medium-low heat, skimming off any foam. Add burdock, shirataki, ginger, and seasonings. Stir and cover. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover the pot and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces and thickens.
