Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 120g sliced beef
Egg
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (160g)
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add cabbage and green onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, water), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve the cooked mixture over warm rice in bowls and top with soft-boiled eggs.
