- 🥩 100g minced beef
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber, peeled and chopped

ÉTAPES
Finely mince the beef and chop the onion.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and sauté the beef and onion.
Peel and chop the cucumber, then add it to the pan. Cook briefly to remove excess moisture.
Season the mixture with a pinch of fine salt.
Add cooked rice to the pan and drizzle with a little sesame oil.
Combine the sautéed beef mixture with the rice and mix evenly.
Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized rice balls.
