Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants, halved and sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces. Slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add eggplant and yellow bell pepper, stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
