INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g)
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants in half horizontally and slice into 5mm strips. Place in a bowl, add salt, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and thoroughly drain. Slice the bell peppers into 5mm strips after removing seeds and stems.
Slice the beef into 7mm strips and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the eggplants and bell peppers, and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
