INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Place the beef and marinade ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, cornstarch) in a plastic bag and massage to coat.
Cut the eggplants into 1cm diagonal slices after removing the stems. Slice the green onion thinly and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat sesame oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the eggplant and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir briefly to combine.
