INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef
- 🍄 0.5 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 0.5 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🌱 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 2 green chilies
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Mix gochujang, red chili powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Layer bean sprouts, oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms in a hot pot.
Add glass noodles on top of the vegetables.
Place the beef slices over the noodles.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the ingredients and add 750ml of water.
Bring the pot to a boil and let it simmer until all ingredients are cooked through.
Add sliced green chilies for extra spiciness.
Serve the hot pot directly from the pot and enjoy!
