INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 white part of green onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into 5mm diagonal pieces. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the green onion and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly into the pan and cook until semi-set. Remove from heat.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
