Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 10 stalks of green onion, chopped
Oils and Seasonings
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onions into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the beef with the marinade ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, sesame oil) and massage well. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs, stir 2–3 times, and cook until half-cooked. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Add the cooked rice and the half-cooked eggs, breaking up the rice as you stir.
Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and well-mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
